Peter Starr

Peter Starr is CEO and co-founder of Freeda, the AI solution that de-risks construction projects by reviewing their documents. Freeda checks plans, technical studies and specifications against regulations, standards and owner requirements, catching costly errors before they reach site.

Peter trained as an urban planner at UCL and studied business at HEC Paris and Polytechnique. He began his career at AECOM, delivering major infrastructure projects in Europe and the Middle East, before moving into tech at ScorePlay in New York City, where he led revenue operations.

Freeda works with leading names in European construction, including Eiffage, VINCI and SOCOTEC, reviewing thousands of project documents across residential, commercial and public-sector projects. Peter is now leading Freeda's expansion into the GCC.
