Ozan Sayar

Ozan Sayar is Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Property Finder, MENA’s leading PropTech platform. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he leads company-wide strategy, transformation, business operations, analytics, M&A and corporate development.

Ozan has played a key role in Property Finder’s growth and business model transformation, including pioneering an industry-first dynamic pricing model. During this period, the company has grown revenues over 7x and reached a $2bn valuation.

Previously, Ozan was Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff for Facebook’s MEA & Turkey region, an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, and led analytics at eBay. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MS from Stanford University, and serves on hepsiemlak’s board.
