Nibal Abdulaziz

Nibal Abdul Aziz is Managing Director of iyris, a global materials science company developing advanced additives that tune light, heat and material performance. She leads strategy, commercial growth and expansion across the Gulf and beyond.

Before joining iyris, Nibal began her career in management consulting at KPMG, building expertise in strategy, finance and business transformation. She now applies that experience to scaling innovation, developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth across new markets.

At iyris, Nibal helps translate deep science into scalable solutions across infrastructure, agriculture, packaging and optical applications. She holds a BA in Business Administration and Hospitality and a certification in Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis.
