Mohammed AlOtaibi

He holds a Master’s in Architecture (2013) and a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering (2008), merging design vision with strategic leadership. Al-Otaibi led the landmark Ajdan Waterfront, redefining waterfront living and contributed to Saudi Aramco’s Ithra, one of the region’s most ambitious cultural projects. He serves as CEO of Ajdan, Al Oula, and Khobar Lakes, and sits on several real estate boards.

Ranked 33rd by Forbes Middle East among the Top 100 Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders in 2025, he continues to drive Ajdan’s innovative projects in line with Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing quality of life across the Kingdom.
