Mohammed Al-Otaibi

Mr. Al-Otaibi holds a Master’s degree in Architecture (2013) and a BSc in Construction Engineering (2008). He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development.

With a portfolio exceeding USD 6 billion, he has contributed to major projects including Ajdan Waterfront and Bayfront, and played a significant role in the implementation team of Ithra, a Saudi Aramco project.

He is CEO of Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and has held senior leadership and board positions at AlOula Real Estate Development Company, Al Khobar Lakes Company, AMAAD Business Park and various real estate development funds.
