Mohamed El-Sherif is a values-driven leader with nearly 25 years of experience in real estate, architecture, and innovation. As Head of Innovation Development at Mountain View, he leads strategy and the launch of landmark projects like Aliva & LVLS.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has shaped transformative developments across Egypt. Before Mountain View, he led major projects at Maxim Investment Group, Damac Properties, and Hyde Park Properties, including Hyde Park, bo islands, and Gamsha Bay.

An Ain Shams architecture graduate and Stanford LEAD alumnus, Mohamed blends strategic foresight with human-centred leadership. As a certified trainer and mentor, he fosters learning and inspires teams to innovate with purpose and vision
