Matthew Zerafa

Matthew Zerafa is the Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Authority, where he leads the Authority’s strategic direction.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Intelligence and Security, complemented by an academic background in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Psychotherapy.

At European level, Mr Zerafa serves as a member of the European Commission’s Housing Advisory Board, an independent expert body tasked to provide policy recommendations contributing towards the development and implementation the European Affordable Housing Plan.
