Mallika Gadepalli is a strategy leader with 18+ years in proptech and digital marketplaces. As Group VP at PropertyGuru (NYSE: PGRU), she drove IPO prep, M&A/PMI, and launched new ventures in mortgages, data, and home services.

She has evaluated 100+ companies for M&A and investment, partnering with global investors including KKR, TPG, SquarePeg, and Bridgetown (Thiel). Earlier roles include EVP at Lazada (Alibaba Group) and eight years at BCG advising Fortune 500 and PEs.

Based in Dubai, Mallika is a fractional CXO and advisor to startups, VCs, and portfolio companies across the GCC, Europe, and Asia. A frequent speaker, she shares insights on proptech, IPOs, startup culture and HR, and scaling at global conferences.
