Lucy Tilley

Lucy Tilley is CEO of Adjaye Associates' London studio and sits on the firm's Global Executive Board. She has worked alongside Sir David Adjaye for over 20 years, helping shape the practice's global vision, strategy and growth.

Joining Adjaye Associates in its early years, Lucy helped shape the pioneering studio into a globally recognised practice. She has played a central role in building its international business, leading strategic growth while supporting the delivery of landmark projects worldwide.

Lucy oversees major cultural and civic projects across the UK and internationally, including the UK National Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre and the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art, bringing together design leadership and strategic delivery.
