Luca Bigliardi

Luca Bigliardi is an architect, entrepreneur and co-founder of PRINCIPIOATTIVO Architecture Group, an international practice with offices in Milan, Genoa and Riyadh, focused on architecture, urban regeneration and real estate development.

He serves as President of the World Council of Architects of FIABCI and has held leadership roles within FIABCI Italy. His work connects architecture, investment, sustainability and social impact across international markets.

Luca regularly contributes to international industry discussions on urban transformation, housing and mixed-use development, bringing a cross-disciplinary perspective on how design can support long-term value for cities, communities and the built environment.
