Kateryna Minina

Kate Minina is an international tech executive with 14 years of experience delivering software across North America and Europe. As the Co-Founder of PinMy, she builds a visual app designed to improve workplace collaboration and communication context.

Her core expertise spans operations, product delivery and team coordination. She has scaled cross-border engineering teams and designed lean operational structures, navigated agile lifecycles to optimise product feature releases, and resolved process gaps while managing resources and keeping daily tasks moving.

Since 2022, she has been directing product strategy and software partnerships as Co-Founder of PinMy, while also guiding global delivery frameworks as a Partner at MaboaSoft. Before that, she spent seven years as COO at EGO Creative Media, from 2015 to 2022, managing day to day operations and digital product development.
