Kate Hart

Kate has worked at Primera for 10 years, initially as Director of Communications and now as CEO of the Eastern City BID, located in the CBD in the City of London. Over 25 years Kate has worked at award-winning PR agencies, in the heart of central UK Government and built her own consultancy.

In Government, Kate worked on high-profile projects, including in the emergency press office in the aftermath of the 7/7 London bombings. She was senior media adviser to Yvette Cooper, the current Health Secretary, and worked in Number 10 on secondment.

A stint in PR agencies followed working on King’s Cross and St Pancras International until she joined the Primera family. She has helped to shape major parts of London and also works internationally, forming place partnerships demonstrating the power of creative communications and collaboration.
