Justin Shum is founder and CEO of Landera, an approval intelligence platform for real estate development that improves coordination, submission quality, and decision throughput across complex entitlement and permitting workflows.

He previously served as Chief Growth Officer at a leading Canadian brokerage, where he helped double revenue by driving agent growth, digital transformation, and operational performance improvements.

He is also founder and former CEO of ReadyChat, a real estate messaging infrastructure platform used by major developers and brokerages across North America, which was acquired by OutboundEngine.
