Jan Heuff

Jan, Co-founder/CEO of SpaceForm, innovates real estate development. His platform converts 3D files into AI-enhanced immersive experiences with Future Twins, drastically reducing iterations and accelerating decisions beyond traditional methods.

A tech veteran with a background in Architecture, Jan brings original IP to the property market via real-time and AI tech. He founded Rancon in 2000, crafting award-winning digital experiences for clients like Google, BBC, Disney and JLR.

Since 2016, Jan was Head of Digital at Squint/Opera, overseeing projects like The Empire State Building experience and global sales suites. In 2022, after Squint/Opera's acquisition, he successfully spun out SpaceForm as an independent company.
