Hilal Kurt Irfanoglu

Founder & CEO of Poder, a computer vision-based construction documentation platform at İTÜ ARI Teknokent, Istanbul. A licensed architect and İTÜ graduate with 10+ years of on-site experience, holding an M.Sc. in Construction Engineering & Management from Boğaziçi University.

Drawing on years spent on active construction sites, she founded Poder in 2025 to close the documentation and communication gaps that slow projects down.

She combines the precision of architectural practice with the scalability of software, and is now exploring how computer vision-driven documentation can advance sustainability in the built environment, from reducing rework and material waste to enabling more resource-efficient construction.
