H.E. Kim Yun-duk

H.E. Yun-duk Kim is the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport since July 2025 and a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea since May 2012.

During his three terms as a Korean lawmaker, Minister Kim has served as a member of three committees at the National Assembly (Special Committee on Budget and Accounts (2013-2014), Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee (2014-2022), Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee (2024-)).

As the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Minister Kim is responsible for the Korean government’s policies, domestic affairs and international cooperation in the areas of territorial and urban development (including smart city), housing, construction, transport (including civil aviation), mobility and logistics. In relation to Saudi Arabia, he promotes and supports Korean companies’ participation in infrastructure projects in the Kingdom.
