He currently serves as Oman’s Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, a position he has held since August 2020. Dr. Al Shueili is widely recognized for his leadership in sustainable development, digital transformation, and placemaking.
His vision integrates heritage preservation with forward-thinking, climate-responsive urban policies in alignment with Oman Vision 2040.
