Gaia Pretner

Gaia holds a PhD in Sustainability Management from Sant’ Anna School of Advanced Studies (Italy) and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Padua (Italy). She was responsible for Green Procurement and Sustainability Reporting at the Universal Exposition - EXPO Milano 2015.

She worked as a Sustainability Management consultant and researcher between Bocconi and Sant’Anna University for several years. She has advised various MNCs on Sustainability strategy, management, reporting and circular economy and managed numerous EU funded projects on Environmental topics.

She then moved to Doha and worked as Sustainable Procurement Manager for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 LLC and finally Joined EFC in 2023 as Head of Sustainability.
