Feras Albanyan is the CEO of Osool Integrated Real Estate, driving sustainable growth, asset optimization, and positioning Osool as a leader in real estate investment and management aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

With over 20 years in banking, investment, and real estate, he’s recognized for leading large-scale transformations, enhancing governance, and creating lasting stakeholder value through strategic foresight and operational excellence.

Previously, he was CEO of Aqalat and CSO at KAFD, where he advanced mixed-use projects, portfolio monetization, and strategic partnerships. He holds a Business Administration degree from King Saud University and studied Strategy Execution at INSEAD.
