Eng. Bandar Awad Alshahrani

Bandar Alshahrani is the Executive Director of Digital & Technology at Rua Al Madinah Holding Company (PIF). He leads the digital transformation strategy, advancing technology to enhance urban infrastructure, expand hospitality capacity, and improve the visitor experience in Madinah.

With over 20 years of experience in digital and technology leadership, Bandar drives innovation and digital transformation to deliver business excellence, enhance operational performance, and enable sustainable growth through enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

Previously Head of Digital & Innovation at ARDARA (PIF), Bandar established the function and led its digital roadmap. Earlier, as CIO at Ma’aden, he helped shape the Digitalization Strategy 2025 and served on the Board of Managers of Ma’aden Fertilizer Company.
