Dr. Hadeel El Naggar is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at the American University in Dubai and a RIBA Chartered Architect with a Ph.D. in Architecture from Alexandria University.
Her research integrates Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with environmental risk assessment to develop nature-based, flood-resilient, and climate-adaptive urban design strategies.
