Dr. Ali AlAli

Dr. Ali is Head of Innovation & Technology at PIF’s Local Real Estate Investment Division. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Texas and brings over 20 years of experience in driving tech-forward transformation.

He previously led innovation, technology transfer, and strategic partnerships across key sectors including construction, government, and telecom—serving in senior roles at EXPRO, National Guards Health Affairs, STC, and Alfaisaliah Group.

Ali is a named inventor on multiple U.S. patents, with over 15 publications in innovation and emerging technologies. He also served as a visiting scientist at GE R&D in New York, advancing scalable solutions and cross-sector tech adoption.
