Douglas Duncan
Duncan recently retired after 16 years as Chief Economist of Fannie Mae. He managed the Economic and Strategic Research Group including Corporate Strategy in two different periods. He started the corporate Enterprise Innovation Team for testing performance enhancing ideas.
Since retirement Duncan founded a consulting company named BizOutlook and continues his analytic and speaking role on the economic outlook continuing a career in housing and housing finance. Prior to Fannie Mae Duncan worked at the Mortgage Bankers association for 16 years.
Duncan and his team won multiple forecasting awards for forecast accuracy including from the National Association of Business Economics and the Blue Chip Forecast Panel. He serves on the Board of Trustees at North Dakota State University and received honors for career accomplishments.
