David Twohig

David Twohig is a Founding Partner of MurrayTwohig and is an experienced developer with over 20 years of active client-side experience in Ireland, China, UK, and Europe. He has consistently championed the synergy of creating great places while maximizing value.

At Battersea Power Station as Chief Development Officer and Head of Design + Placemaking, David was instrumental in developing the placemaking strategy, the masterplan, mix and architecture at the Power Station, translating decades of stalled ambition into a globally recognised destination.

He has shaped over 500sqft of projects globally at MurrayTwohig including in Saudi Arabia. David helps clients define their vision, optimise development strategy & unlock financial and experiential value. He is also the main board Director on Downsview, North America’s largest mixed use development.
