Carlos Khneisser

Based in Dubai, Carlos leads Hilton’s growth across the Middle East & Africa, overseeing a portfolio of more than 400 hotels trading and in development. Under his leadership, Hilton has delivered consistent year-on-year growth, expanding its presence across one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Carlos started his career in the hospitality industry in 1998, gaining broad experience across the sector, before focusing on finance and asset management positions over a nine-year period.

Since joining Hilton in 2009, Carlos has led growth across the Middle East and North Africa, adding oversight of Sub-Saharan Africa in 2020. He holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance from Notre Dame University in Lebanon, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
