Ashwaq is currently leading the Development Management Office as well as the development of cultural and entertainment assets. Most notably, she led the New Murabba Stadium chapter for the World Cup 2034 Saudi Arabia bid book.
Ashwaq holds a Bachelor's degree in MIS from King Saud University. She continued to obtain a MBA from California State University East Bay,USA
She further attained professional certificates in Real Estate Development as well as Hotel Planning and Design from Cornell University.
