Andrew Ferguson is the current Interim Chief Executive of Platform4, Network Rail's property development company established in 2025, designed with a focus on unlocking the value of the nation's rail estate.

Andrew has proven track record with 15+ years in property development and regeneration bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to the organisation.

His former role in LCR as Exec Development Director provided the opportunity to be part of nationally critical, rail led regeneration projects dealing with both public sector and private sector partners.
