Andres Sarapuu

Andres Sarapuu is the Founder and CEO of HXH OÜ, an Estonian construction innovator developing next-generation modular concrete building systems. His work focuses on making housing faster to build, easier to assemble, and more accessible through engineering-driven innovation.

He is leading the development of IKEA-style modular concrete homes and shelters that can be assembled without heavy machinery or large construction crews. His approach reduces construction time, labour requirements and costs while improving scalability and sustainability.

Beyond engineering, Andres is the author of two books and an advocate for entrepreneurship, resilience and practical education. He regularly shares his experience through public speaking and school lectures, inspiring future innovators to solve real-world challenges.
