Alina Valcarce

Alina Valcarce is a Spanish architect, born in Cuba and raised in Spain. Her career across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East has shaped an international perspective rooted in culture, context, nature, and human experience, bringing a deeply personal sensibility to her work.

For Alina, architecture is defined by experience: how light moves, how materials feel, and how spaces connect people to place. Her work brings architecture, interiors, and landscape together as one cohesive vision, expressed through fluid forms, materiality, and a strong connection to nature.

As Founder & Design Director of Valcarce Architects, Alina leads an international portfolio spanning residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Recognised for her work and leadership, she advocates for meaningful architecture shaped by creativity, purpose, and human experience.
