Aaron Warren is the Founder and CEO of CRESolutió and creator of PropertyShield AI, a Preventable Loss Intelligence platform for multifamily housing that turns overlooked building signals into predictive risk insight for owners, operators, and insurers.

A former first responder & business operator, Aaron built PropertyShield AI on field-earned insight: buildings don't fail all at once — they fail quietly. He helps housing operators move from reactive maintenance to predictive prevention, reading the signals no existing system was built to read.

Aaron holds an Exec. MBA from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business and is the author of the book "You're the Bottleneck. Now What?" — a practical guide for SMB leaders on building clarity, designing workflows, and implementing AI.
