Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is participating in the third edition of Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025, held under the theme “The Future of Urban Living” from 17 to 20 November 2025. The event is organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the General Real Estate Authority and the Housing Program, one of the key initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030.

As a Diamond Sponsor, TMG’s participation reaffirms its leadership and rooted expertise in developing fully integrated communities and international destinations, along its pioneering role in delivering major residential and hospitality projects across Egypt and the region.

At the exhibition, TMG will showcase several landmark developments, including “Banan Riyadh”, a smart and sustainable city spanning 10 million square meters. The project features vast green spaces and a comprehensive range of healthcare, educational, retail, and entertainment services, along with a 300,000-square-meter sports and social club. Designed in line with Saudi Vision 2030, Banan Riyadh promotes quality of life through the latest smart technologies and modern urban solutions.

TMG Saudi continues to advance development works in Banan Riyadh according to the scheduled timelines for unit delivery, with over 3,200 residential units under construction, many of which have already completed their structural phases and reached the finishing stage.

The Group will also unveil its new luxury coastal development in Oman, set to launch soon under the name “YAMAL”, a premium mixed-use residential and tourism project on the Gulf of Oman. Stretching along a 1,760-meter beachfront, Yamal offers an integrated lifestyle combining luxury living, entertainment, a world-class marina, water sports, international hotels, and a wide range of seafront residences overlooking the sea and marina.

For the third consecutive year, TMG’s stand will offer visitors an interactive experience, featuring a live broadcast from “Madinaty” in Egypt to showcase daily life in the city. The stand will also highlight SouthMED, TMG’s major coastal destination on Egypt’s North Coast, currently being developed on 23 million square meters. SouthMED is set to become a new global destination on the southern Mediterranean, rivaling the world’s most prestigious resorts in France, Italy, Spain, and Greece.

The Group will also showcase a selection of documentary films that celebrate its distinguished legacy and pioneering achievements in urban development and hospitality. TMG’s hospitality portfolio encompasses approximately 5,000 hotel rooms and suites, welcoming nearly 1.5 million guests each year across some of the region’s most renowned destinations, including Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh, Four Seasons Nile Plaza, Four Seasons San Stefano, and Kempinski Nile Cairo.

This exceptional portfolio is further enriched by the renovation of several iconic historic hotels, namely Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Aswan, Mövenpick Aswan, Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor, Steigenberger El Tahrir, Steigenberger Cecil Alexandria, Marriott Mena House Cairo, and Marriott Omar Khayyam Zamalek, in addition to the hotels currently under development in Madinaty, Luxor, and Marsa Alam.

As Egypt’s largest real estate and tourism developer and one of the region’s most integrated groups, TMG has, for over five decades, successfully established sustainable and fully integrated cities such as Madinaty, Al Rehab, and Noor in East Cairo. These developments have become pioneering models of modern urbanism, reshaping Egypt’s urban landscape and embodying the principles of green cities and integrated living.

TMG also owns the largest land bank in Egypt, totaling 115 million square meters, with its communities currently home to over 1.5 million residents.
