Cityscape Global 2026 - The Capital of Real Estate returns to Riyadh from 16-19 November, offering hundreds of thousands of new homes from 200 leading local and international developers. Attendees can explore a wide range of choices and advice needed to take the next step towards homeownership, all under one roof at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre (Malham) sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH) in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Vision 2030, the Housing Program, and organised by Tahaluf.
In 2025, NHC received the Guinness World Record at Cityscape Global for selling the most residential properties (a total of 3,980 units) in 24 hours during the 2024 edition, highlighting Cityscape Global as the region’s trusted destination for home buyers. In 2026, Cityscape Global is dedicated to helping individuals and families find the right property and make confident decisions.
Cityscape Global is set to welcome an expanded lineup of international developers in 2026, showcasing an exciting range of second home investment properties. Confirmed participants include Nations of Sky, Dugasta, Bearys, Sharm Dreams, Petra Batumi, and Mountain View. This expansion gives nationals and residents the chance to discover unique property opportunities beyond Saudi Arabia.
