She combines personal experience with her academic research to formulate strategic initiatives to understand the complexities associated with inclusion & in doing so, delivers genuine social impact & builds relationships with attentive diplomacy.
Jessica was born missing her left arm, far from holding her back, she worked tirelessly & determinedly to become a world-class swimmer, representing Australia for 7 years, competing in the 2004 Paralympic Games.
