Eng. Loaye Al-Nahedh

Eng. Loaye Al-Nahedh is the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) and currently holds several board and committee roles, including Chairman of Damanat Company, member of the Housing Program, and board member of the Developmental Housing Foundation (Sakan)

He has over 20 years of leadership experience across consulting, industry, and strategic transformation, during which he spent seven years at McKinsey & Company Saudi Arabia, advising major public and private sector organizations on strategy and transformation.

Eng. Al-Nahedh holds an MBA from Queen’s University, Canada, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
