Teddy Abou Jaoudé

Senior Columnist - Structural Intelligence, Saudi Times
Saudi Arabia DnA (Developers & Architects) Stage

Teddy Abou Jaoudé is a façade engineer whose research on AI-driven generative 3D printing for parametric façade connections asks a developer's question: how the Kingdom's most ambitious envelopes get built at scale, on budget, and perform for decades after handover.

He launched and leads the column, Structural Intelligence at The Saudi Times, writing on giga-project delivery from inside the industry: Cityscape Global, ZAK World of Façades, modular construction and the performance of buildings in Saudi conditions, read by developers, engineers and investors.

His seven years on Saudi projects include NEOM's Sindalah, Riyadh Metro, Avenue Mall Riyadh and Masar in Makkah. A trilingual moderator in Arabic, English and French, he holds every panel to one standard: what has been built, tested and put into operation.
