Eng. Mohammed bin Abdullah AlWabely

Mohammed A. Al-Wabely is an executive leader with more than 17 years of experience across government, semi-government, and private sectors. He specializes in strategy execution, organizational transformation, strategic governance, infrastructure development, and executive portfolio leadership.

He serves as Assistant Deputy Mayor for Iconic Projects at Riyadh Region Municipality. Previously, he was Vice President of Operations at the Ministry of Health and held managerial roles at EXPRO. He also worked at KAFD and Wood Group Mustang in Houston, USA, and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

He holds an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, a Master’s from the University of Akron, and a Civil Engineering degree from King Saud University. He completed programs at Oxford, Harvard, and London Business School and holds a Texas engineering license and E-PMO (Expert Level).
