Saud Alsulaimani

Saud Alsulaimani is CEO of JLL Saudi Arabia, leading the firm’s operations and Capital Markets business. He focuses on strengthening JLL’s market leadership and delivering long-term value through integrated, data-driven real estate solutions supporting Saudi Arabia’s transformation.

Before JLL, Saud was Executive Director of Real Estate & Hospitality at the Tourism Development Fund and Partner at Knight Frank. At PIF, he contributed to major Vision 2030 projects, including NEOM, The Red Sea Project, KAFD, Qiddiya and ROSHN.

Alongside his role at JLL, Saud serves as an independent board member for several investment and real estate organizations in Saudi Arabia, providing strategic oversight across large-scale developments and income-generating assets.
