Wesley is the Head of Design at Lead8 Singapore. Having graduated from the University of Melbourne, Wesley is a registered architect in Victoria, Australia (ARBV) and a member of the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA).

Wesley is a widely respected professional with over 20 years industry experience ranging from creative retail planning, commercial mixed-use design and masterplanning across a broad range of project typologies.

Working across Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, Wesley has built a considerable portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. He is a strong advocate of hand-drawn sketches and illustrations as a means of visual communication and client engagement.
