He possesses vast experience  in preparations to and staging of major sporting events, construction and operations of modern multifunctional stadiums and training centers, as well as working within domestic and international football organizations.He is a long standing active member of European leading organizations - European Club Association ( ECA) and European Stadium and Safety Management Association ( ESSMA ) and founder of Science4Football and Legia Sport Business Programme projects.Tomasz is also leading development of a mixed use “Champions Park” community focused around healthy lifestyle, sustainability and meaningful living combining residential, retail, hospitality, educational, sports & recreation and other asset classes.
