Steven is an acclaimed accessibility consultant working with many of the world's most iconic projects and programmes to ensure access and inclusion are embedded. He was the Director of Accessibility for the world exposition Expo 2020 Dubai.

Steven has led teams of people with disabilities working on a wide variety of KSA projects including MiSK, NEOM, SEVEN, Qiddiya amongst others. In 2021, he was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list.

Based in UAE, Steven has a particular interest in the use of green and blue spaces for accessible and inclusive urban design.
