A partner at DPZ CoDesign, Marina Khoury is a renown expert in sustainable urban development for regions and cities. She writes ground-breaking codes mandating resilient urbanism. She speaks globally on designing economically successful places.

Marina co-led the successful Miami21 code, the US’s first FBC, and writes codes to create a framework for resilient places. She’s on the Expert Committee of Global Forum on Human Settlements IGMC Initiative, under the UN’s Environment Program.

Marina works on smart growth projects globally. She’s a Fellow of the Congress for the New Urbanism. She was Chair of the Executive Board of Smart Growth America’s FBC’s Institute from 2018-2021, is a member of the Urban Guild and LEED Accredited.
