Whilst MD of Property & Asset Management at Avison Young Richard specialised in managing property for wealth funds, banks, high net worths and public sector.  Latterly he provided advice on mixed use and residential developments in Abu Dhabi.

At CBRE Richard was MD of Asset Services with over £30bn of AUM comprising city tower blocks, shopping centres and industrial and logistics.  Mixed use including residential comprised a substantial holding in central London.

At Nelson Bakewell Richard managed large institutional portfolios as well as office blocks and mixed use schemes such a Covent Garden in Central London.
