Rachel is Global Managing Director at BIT, an international research and innovation consultancy that specialises in social and behavioural change. Rachel has a strong personal interest in BIT’s work on effective leadership and organisational design.

Prior to BIT, Rachel was Head of Corporate Intelligence at S-RM, an international risk and intelligence consultancy where she ran a business supporting clients facing financial crime, security threats, and other social and governance concerns.

Earlier in her career, Rachel was a civil servant at the Ministry of Defence. She was awarded an MBE for Services to Defence in 2013. Rachel holds an MA in Chinese Studies and an MPhil in International Relations, both from the University of Cambridge.
