Architect Peter DeMaria is the Chief Design Officer at MID-RISE Modular & DeMaria Design & he’s on a mission to provide housing for the masses. MID-RISE is a Los Angeles & Mexico based prefab design/fabricate 2D panel & 3D volumetric modular company.

With an award-winning career spanning decades, he designed the first State of California approved multi-family/multi-story modular solution fabricated in China & his designs focus on the challenges of affordable housing in the US & beyond.

DeMaria's on a quest to provide "a home for every family on the planet" & is credited with creating the first code compliant cargo container-based home in the US. He leads a "people-centric" & collaborative international design studio & factory.
