Architect. Activist. Visionary. Leader. Audacious Disrupter of the Status Quo. As CEO, New York Studio at Adjaye Associates with over 15 years of experience, she is the 315th living African-American woman registered architect in the United States.

Pascale is dedicated to advancing architecture by bringing visibility to issues concerning women and BIPOC designers. She founded Beyond the Built Environment organization to address disparities in architecture and serves as Global President of NOMA.

Pascale's achievements include being inducted into the AIA College of Fellows, receiving the Architectural League 2021 Emerging Voices award, and the AIA Whitney M. Young Jr. Award.
