Oyku Kurtoglu is the Head of Sustainability & ESG at Paris-listed Real Estate Investment Group – PAREF (ex-Paris Reality Fund). She previously worked in big groups such as Allianz, Danone, L'Oréal.

Graduated from Galatasaray University in Management, she holds a master's degree from Université Paris-Est on Sustainability and received certificates from ESSEC and Harvard Business School on Sustainable Business.

She actively participates to the ESG organisations across Europe and mainly in France including INREV, EPRA, ASPIM, FEI, OID, UNGC and UN PRI. She is also member of Fosun Hive ESG Committee.
