Nowfal has a strong background in operational leadership that has enabled him to lead multiple initiatives in real estate marketing and the housing sector, driving impactful institutional and government projects.

Holding leadership roles, including CEO of the Housing Program, as part of Saudi Vision 2030. Under his guidance, the program advanced homeownership for Saudi families. He was one of KSA's first fund managers, managing assets of over 1.8 billion SAR.

With a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and prestigious certifications and licenses, his academic background enhances his visionary approach. He is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence, setting high standards in the real estate sector.
