Meet AJ at Cityscape Global Social Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview

Share the designated competition link for a chance to meet Anthony Joshua at Cityscape Global 2024. The top 30 participants with the highest number of valid shares by the end of the competition will win exclusive meet-and-greet passes to meet Anthony Joshua in person on November 13th, 2024, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Cityscape Global event. 

  • Eligibility for Prizes: 30 total meet-and-greet passes.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
  • Participants must be registered as Visitors (only VISITOR badge type) for Cityscape Global 2024. If details provided in your registration are incorrect and / or we are unable to contact you, the prize is forfeit.
  • Employees of the event organizer, affiliates, sponsors, or anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to participate. 

3. Competition Dates

The competition will run from 2 November 2024, until November 13, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. (local time). Winners will be announced at 12:00 p.m. on November 13, 2024.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must share the designated competition link provided by the event organizers.
  • Only shares tracked through the event’s official platform will be considered valid for the competition.
  • Winners will be selected based on the highest number of valid shares by the end of the competition period.

5. Winner Announcement and Prize Collection

  • Winners will be announced at 12:00 p.m. on November 13, 2024.
  • All winners must be present on-site to claim their meet-and-greet pass.
  • No alternative arrangements for collection or shipping will be made. Unclaimed passes will be forfeited.

6. Prize Details

  • Top 30 Participants: Passes to meet Anthony Joshua, awarded to qualifying Visitors with the highest shares.
    • This includes signing of one material item.
    • General meet and greet at the discretion of the organizers. 
  • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Disqualification

The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Engages in unfair practices, including but not limited to automated sharing, spam, or other fraudulent activities.
  • Fails to provide accurate contact information or fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

8. Privacy

By participating in this competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by the event organizers for the purpose of administering this competition and prize fulfilment. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Organizer’s Rights

The event organizers reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

10. Liability

The event organizers accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or from the acceptance of any prize.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
