She launched "Housing for All Egyptians" program & increased affordable housing supply by more than 1,000,000 units for low & middle-income, developed incentives with CBE to encourage banks & MFC's to expand affordable housing finance in Egypt.

She delivered 570k housing units for low-income families rapidly & empowered women's access to housing, transformed "Affordable Housing" mindset to sustainable communities and initiated the first "Green Affordable Housing Pilot" in Egypt.

She is a certified mortgage trainer by the US Mortgage Bankers Association "MBA", member of the Egyptian Mortgage Bankers Federation and Head of the advisory board to the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority "FRA" on mortgage lending.
