Mark leaves his footprints in topics he’s fascinated about: Blockchain and Architecture/Design.

His passion for buildings re-aroused while he was building his own home at the Rummelsburg Bay 2008 in Berlin.

The idea for a new project was born: A home, in the middle of nature, for living and working, combined with mobility, design and sustainability. A living space, which could combine all of those demands of a modern society in one single structure.

With LTG Lofts to go coodo won the AAP American Architecture Prize and the Gold prize in at the International Design Awards. From December 25 onwards Open World Residences can help everybody building resorts with the finance and software needed.
